We market our sticks for all players under 100lbs and have built the world’s lightest junior stick with the world’s lowest flex. The role of stick flex is very important when receiving a pass or loading up power in a wrist shot.
We have thousands of female hockey players who have used Raven and seen how the low flex characteristics will allow them to load up more power in a shot and give them the tools they need to reach their potential.
Flex
Flex is the 'feel' of a stick and gives you comfort in taking a pass or stick handling. Flex will also teach proper shooting mechanics so players do not learn bad habits for when they are older. Ultimately flex is about power in a shot... goals!
The System
We have built a system that grows with you, as the player gets taller and heavier we make the sticks slightly longer and stiffer. You should only have to cut a few inches off your Raven, keeping the original flex.
